Edible British Columbia’s mission is simple - to introduce the public to BC’s culinary artisans.
Edible BC was born out of Vancouverite Eric Pateman’s lifelong passion for food and wine. Eric’s enthusiasm for the local culinary scene, and his desire to share this, provides the foundation for Edible BC. He is joined in his efforts by his retail foodies: Kimi, Kath, Patricia, Tracy and Rossana.
Edible BC’s retail store is the largest of its kind in Canada, dedicated to showcasing the very best local culinary products. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to tell you about our 800+ products, their use, and the producers that made them. We also offer numerous culinary tours and events, including our daily Granville Island Market Tasting Tour, and BC’s Best Market Dinner Series - a unique and intimate dining experience in the Public Market after hours.
